Pros
Have now got to grips with this oven & now enjoying it immensely. It cooks sausages,bacon chips,anything that you would grill or fry brilliantly.
Only a minor irritation, rather than a real issue. It's so much quicker and a lot more economical. Very easy to clean.
Cons
Hot air isn't strong enough to circulate round a basket. Grill element on top only crisps the top layer. Recipe booklet is a pure fictional work. Takes forever. Half my chips are raw yuk!
Highlights
Quality
With the heat element as well as the fan, it's going to be really versatile.
Still getting used to it but already cooked meals and fish chips very pleased
Packaging/appearance
Easy to use straight out of the box.
Chips take little longer, but have worked out the timeing .
Competitiveness
Doesn't take up any more worktop space than a regular fryer, although it is taller.
Had wanted to try an airfryer for some time so when i spotted this in a sale i jumped at the chance.

If your used to using a lot of fat in your grilling or roasting then you really dont need to add much if any when using the air fryer

The gammon cooked on low heat so didn’t get a crispy skin nor did the potatoes but fluffy inside

The rice pudding didn’t cook due to my fear of burning top so i then switched to a smaller bowlquantity turned up the temperature to maximum this gave me a fog in the kitchen set off my smoke alarm

Obviouslynone of this is not the fault of the fryer i just need a lot of practice in getting timing temperature right
