Arrived five day late after tracking reported failed deliveries due to blocked access and later ‘incomplete address’.
🤷🏻♀️ utterly useless delivery service left me in a huge pickle.
Packaging/appearance
It looks stylish and heats up the food at the food packaging recommended time.
+ looks very stylish with a 'mirrored look' on the front.
Competitiveness
This item is so easy to use compared to other microwaves we have had in the past.
Basically if you want a microwave buy this one, if you want a computerised kitchen confusion machine buy a different brand.

If i have one negative comment its that the interior is completely black for some reason whereas my old appliance was white inside making it easy to see the contents

I dont inderstand why more domestic flatbed microwaves arent readily available ie no turntable

What attracted me to this model was that i wanted an affordable flatbed microwave without any other features such as a grill as i only use the basic heat and defrost functions and didnt want the complexity of extra programmes

If you want a grill lots of programmes etc then it doesnt claim to do that and youll want to look at other models
