Pros
Grill is as good as you'd expect of something in a unit this size. Perfect microwave as an addition to your cooker. It also has a defrost button which i also wanted. It is a compact machine and it works very well.
Cheap plastic chrome effect * are not all that bad. Simple accurate dial, fast to use. Only annoyances are the beeper - which really isn't annoyingly intrusive.
It looks ok. But in all the. Good value for money, the microwave and grill work well. Impressed by the quality at this price. Looks really nice as well.
Cons
The only stainless steel on this machine is a very thin layer covering the plastic door and the pushbutton panel. Inside has rusted very badly. Bought, smoked far too much, ceramic inside then started to rust within weeks.

Nice and easy to use, previous needed a bit of pressure this one nice easy dial and settings
Love the grill on it, cheese and onion on toast - 3 mins - so saves my oven grill electric and time of course.
The full power is supposed to be 800, where my prev one was 750 and this feels like it takes longer to reheat my tea/brew.
The power cable is too short and user guide states ' do not use extension cables or mains socket adapters'.
Price
Good value for money and easy to use.
It costed us £75 then, and i can see it now for £100.
Ok, but price went down £10 day after.
Shipping
It arrived on time and was well packed.
Came quick wife happy with it so good for me
Packaging/appearance
I unpacked it and for the wife it was love at first sight.
Competitiveness
A different world, i can never go back to a cheap mw.

Bought in december 2016 and it has just broken down now for no specific reason it warmed up one dish and not the next one as simple as that

This particular microwave had obviously been in and out of the amazon wharehouse several times judging by the amount of sellotape around the box but the price was extremely good

Fortunately i had kept the previous plate and ring from my previous russel hobbs microwave as the plate delivered and the ring would not have worked satifactorily ring was not same diameter of the 34groove34 on underside of plate
