Pros
It heats well and consistently without much noise or fuss. It glides easily. I wouldn't hesitate to get another.
White vinegar seems to work best and simply wipes out any mess or food explosions. Have not used the defrost feature yet. Plenty of automatic and defrost options.
Cons
The microwave has a 30% defrost setting, which is too high for some foods. There was also some rust in the seams of the microwave.
Quality of materials and design are questionable. However defrosting is not so satisfactory. Also has an annoying and potentially dangerous design flaw. Looks great, but that's all the same if it does not work.
