Pros
It cleans cushion floor very well but it excels on laminate floors. It also comes with the 2 microfibre cloth. But i reuse the tumble drier condenser water and it has a little softener scent.
It's lightweight and easy to assemble and operate. It's kind friendly since no chemicals has been used for added. Firstly, the product is basic but works fine.
Cons
Steaming is intermittent. Hardly produces any stream, it’s not a patch on previous steam cleaners.
Received product in feb 2022. I see on amazon the returnable timeframe is 30 days. Now it is being returned for a refund. I was swayed by the price but have been disappointed ever since!

Very impressive for the money, cleans floor really well
After my old steamer broke i ordered this and am more than happy with jtit was a third of the price of my old one and i cannot fault it
Basic model at a good price but it steam cleans well.

I was a bit sceptical at first because of how inexpensive it was compared to others but it doesnt a great job and leaves the house smelling lovely

But like i said its new and first impressions can be wrong considering ive had a mop before that looked like it was going to fall apart at first and it lasted the longest of all

Consthe first thing that disappointed me is that the knob that is turned to turn on is misleading i thought that by turning it increases and decreases the steam but in fact there are two positions on turned off

The other thing is that the head is not very mobile it does not rotate

And it doesnt come with redundant attachments like a steam cleaner which i wonder where to store until i buy a new one and they become redundant
