It's become a lunchtime favourite, and even though it’s a tad pricey, the sheer convenience and nostalgia make it worthwhile.
Its only the price which forces me to knock it down from 5 to 4 stars as i feel £54.
I think this device is quite expensive with the lack of functions it has but it is a brilliant product that will get lots of use.
99 which feels quite expensive for a small sandwich maker.

The sandwich maker has approximately 87 cm of mains cable terminated in a uk rewireable plug so you could shorten the cable if needed although you could wrap some of the surplus around the connector block

We have a toasted sandwich maker and we do use it and the cable wraps around the feet for storage so it’s a pity this unit doesn’t feature a cable storage facility

The plates are relatively easy to change theres a press button which ejects them however the plates are different top and bottom with slightly different locating lugs not always easy to see so it would be good if they were labelled “top” and “bottom”

We used it to make some toasted sandwiches and it worked well although the catch does feel flimsy and not in keeping with the rest of the unit which feels well made

The grill area is not huge so you can really only do 2 sandwiches at once but it works well
