Pros

Slow cooked ribs in mustard, honey and some usual spices. Started at 4pm finish at 10pm. Great way of getting a meal done easily and in advance.

The removable bowl is easy to clean. It is economical to buy new unit than replace cracked ceramic bowl.

Pleased with product so far. Love it its amazing. Really useful piece of kit.

Cons

The item is advertised as 3. Out of 5. Looks identical to others listed for sale but not the advertised power rating but considerably lower. Purchased this because of the brand, completely useless.

Good all round service happy with product

It's a good quality slow-cooker, i'm so satisfied.

A cheaply made product with flimsy build quality.

Just need to look after it better - as in don't place it next to the gas hob with the dial facing the ring as they will melt!

Packaging/appearance

I recommend giving it a wash first and then leaving it on high for an hour or so with some water in to get rid of the plastic-y smell.
