Quality of the toast is good, no complaints.
Russell hobbs has always produced quality appliances that last.
Like most toasters you have to play with the adjustment between toasts, but i you are going to be there you can just cancel.

I love the little switch you can pop your toast up with to check how done it is without stopping the toasting process if its not done enough it just goes back down without having to restart it

Of course russell hobbs also has a 4slice toaster if a 2slicer is too small for you

And 1 release button that stops the toasting process immediately popping up your goods

After unpacking toaster i turned up element to 6 highest setting and let it cycle thru 4 or 5 toasts with no product in it to let it burn out any chemical smell
