Pros

This product magically smooth everything out. Did a great job. It works beautifully!

This works great to prep drywall damage for repair.

In my process, after scraping the ceiling, i sanded it to get rid of all the small paper tags, then applied gardz.

The largest con to both is that the products themselves are very low viscosity.

Price

I was happy to find this product at the low price this supplier provided it for.

In terms of value, gardz problem surface sealer is worth its weight in gold.

It's special order and over 50$ a can.

Shipping

I would not recommend having this shipped to you.

Also, when i ordered it, it came about a week late.

If you can wait for a longer delivery time and don’t need that much product i’d suggest buying a smaller size.

Competitiveness

I was able to find another zinsser product that had a similar application and was pleased with the results.
