Pros

Product provides a quality finish to concrete porches and patios. Used this on concrete on my back porch and cleared over top of it. Easy to clean stains and easy to stain.

Each bag contains some much smaller dustier chip particles that accumulate near the bottom of the bag. Repaint your basement or garage floor and add these color chips to take it from ordinary to extraordinary.

Cons

When you get down to the last quarter of it it's all just dust really messes up your floor. Not worth the price.
