I applied 4 coats each about 24 hours apart sanding between each coat

I’ve tried water base but in my experience when water is left on it it turns white until dried so i don’t trust the durability

This product its self is ok but it requires several layers to really make it durable

A bit tricky to get laid down you really need a clean surface as this highlights every imperfection

Ultimately i wet sanded a base coat using 1000 grit sandpaper then rubbedragged on a 50 mineral spirits solution

The gloss in the photo is from the first coat i sanded and declared because of dust dirt and fiber inclusions
