Pros

Paint first coat and wait 4 hours prior to next coat for best performance. Condition the board with the side of a piece of chalk. This makes it so much easier to erase everything and have a fully clean wall. Back rolled with a foam roller to remove ex... Read More

It now writes beautifully. Shipped very securely.

Cons

Erasing the chalk is a horrible process. If you want some functionality and want to be able to erase and write multiple times, this isn't for you. It's super thin and required a lot more effort.
