Packaging/appearance
I used one coat of the rust-oleum topside primer & 2 coats of the rust-oleum topside paint in semigloss.
I saw many reviews on how well it worked and have to say i wished i used this first instead of cement coating.

Competitiveness
I used a old hvlp rig to spray this hot tub only had some probably 9 year old mineral spirits but worked out great layed out nice .
I used the white rustoleum primer (big mistake) and so far have two coats of navy paint on the boat.

Also if it holds up on boats i figure it can take the much less abusive conditions that a tub is subjected to
