Cons

If you are going to a nonslip finish that is not sandpaper, i'd consider another product. After stain dries it comes right off with a wipe of your hand. And very hard to spread evenly.

Great anti slip additive for boat deck paint!

I used this with the corresponding rustoleum marine paint and got exceptionally good results

So my advice would be to mix it with your paint in small batches so you can stir it alot to get even grit distribution.
