Pros & Cons
Pros
Put it on using a foam roller, two coats. Goes on smoothly and dries fast. There was no leakage during shipment.
Cons
Now that the first can i opened is leaking, i’m afraid to use the rest! Typical rust-oleum product, cheap.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality and is easy to use.
Sprays well , thins with acetone and coats excellently.
I dipped them in this primer, let it dry, and dipped them in rust-oleum marine topside paint.
This primer left streaks on the aluminum substrate on my boat.
Price
Unfortunately i found the same pay for half the priceat lowe's.
Shipping
Shipping went well & i appreciated the clamps to ensure the can stays closed in transit.
However, it was still sealed and there was no leakage during shipment.
However i *can* assign a rating to the shipping container.
Competitiveness
I tried this with the same brand boat paint and problem solved!
