Cons
When they redesigned the nozzles away from the universal tiny male spray heads, the cans no longer work for me. An absolute terrible experience and wasted a bunch of time and money having to go pickup another can at the nearest lowe's.
It doesn't stick, it causes paint to crackle, and cannot be wet-sanded. It sprays an uneven one inch tiny line that is absolutely pathetic. Has to be very old.

This was used as primer on spoked 2034 hay cart bmx type wheels that had become rusty

After wire brushing the wheels i washed with naval jelly then prime coated them with this and was able to top coat them within an hour with rustoleum silver wheel paint
