Just like the title says it glows well and for a good amount of time.
My daughter loves it, especially after i added a whole lot of glowing adhesive dot stars also found on amazon.
It is super reactive under blacklight, and the glow hold for a few minutes.
Two things you should put multiple coats on to get a solid glow and also beware of dripping like when you use any other spray paint.
Price
Definitely a little expensive for what it is.
