Pros

Soap and water cleanup is great! Looks great, easy cleanup. Very quick drying and super hard finish.

This finish seems to be working well and we've gotten a lot of compliments. Bought gallons from another distributor. Love this stuff.

Maintains the color of the wood without yellowing. This is my go-to sealing product. Used as the finish coat for oak stair treads.

It's still rock hard even after all the traffic, moved furniture, mopping, and everything else. This varathane water-based floor finish is surprisingly tactile and durable.

Cons

Minwax's polycrylic looks a lot more color rich over the same stained piece of wood, this product looks flat and a bit milky or cloudy even when dry. The odor persists for at least several days even with a window exhaust fan running most of the time. ... Read More
