Pros & Cons
Pros
Used on hood of honda that was washed out huge with white spots. Runs and drips are infrequent. End result looks professional.
Cons
It says automotive grade but it is not. Coverage is no more than the regular cans. Not a high gloss more of a semi gloss. Cost more for a rather sub par product.
Highlights
Quality
This paint covers well for spray can and is real acrylic enamel so it lasts longer in the sun !
Easy to apply with no clogs, spatters or uneveness in overlap of paint.
Runs and drips are infrequent, even for a terrible painter like me.
I sanded, and then put the filler primer on and then, when that was dry, i sanded again, washed off the.
Price
Usually each one of these cans are about $10-20 so getting 6 for this cost was definitely a good save.
This is a great value and good quality paint from rust-oleum.
Shipping
Workes as expected, arrived nicely- no messes
Packaging/appearance
I was a little worried that once i was done it would look like it was painted with a rattle can, but it really didn't.
Competitiveness
More expensive products didn’t capture the absolute darkness that this did.
Be sure to get this particular version that says 'acrylic enamel' as it's much better than the other clear coat versions i've tried.
This in my opinion was a much better color match to my black infiniti qx56.
