Use expo markers and micro-fiber cloth to erase. Have no issues removing any dry-erase marker. The smell isn't pleasant when drying but it goes away.

This product stinks! Product was ordered 6/2019. Do not buy this product. They all have the same batch numbers and they're all bad.

No, it’s not the markers i’m using because they erase with one pass of the eraser on a normal white board as pictured. Do not sand it.

Black is very hard to erase and stains the wall still. I am livid that now i am probably going to have to purchase this paint again at a home depot just to finish what should have been a simple project.
