Pros

It even works great on fiberglass. Works on galvanized metal. Works great on steel hull houseboat. The fiberglass tubes take a * without damage because of this primer.

It's extremely smelly and should be used outdoors. Definitely use outdoors and wear a mask - it stinks and goes everywhere.

The matte finish is used by me as a topcoat for my matte white car. It dries lightning fast, and provides a great base for whatever you are painting. Stops surface cracking when topcoat is not allowed to intereact with subsurface paint layers.
