Brush and roller application, 2 coats left a smooth perfect finish.

Easy to use and worked well with the color navy blue.

I washed the walls, let them dry, applied this primer (1 coat) and then painted with regular interior paint.

I dried it and lightly sanded the wood components.

Packaging/appearance

My only complaint is that: this product arrived with a severely smashed and dented can!
