Pros
It's very easy to use and was already the thin consistency that i make my chalk paint before use. There is a very low odor component which is great, but there is a hint of a smell. This paint delivers completely.
I did two coats, it has a nice texture if you use a roller. The second somehow gives you a really opaque, matte finish.
Cons
Severely dented cans. Can not sealed leaked through plastic and bottom of box onto carpet floor and couch. Color is dull.

Used it on multiple pieces of furniture and the finish is a nice matte.
3 coats is full coverage, prime with oil based paint if stain or old lacquer pulls through and cover again with this paint.
I dripped a lot of the paint onto my floor and just let it dry and used a scraper to remove and cleanup with water very easy.
