Rustoleum has always been great for me but the spray tips sometimes fail thats about it

I thought it would be ok since the label said to wait one hour or 48 hours before applying the second coat

Even though the temperature was in the mid 70s the humidity was pretty high probably 7080 so im not sure the first coat had really dried or cured very well even after three days
