Pros & Cons
Pros
Used it on old wrought iron fence. Excellent product for sealing off corroded iron & preventing future corrosion. Good to use in outdoor and damp applications.
Very easy to apply and smooths out easily. Used brush and roller to apply. The primer soaks in very well and dries hard.
Very hard to find paint anymore in ca. Still appreciate being able to purchase paint in california. Love it.
Cons
It is extemely thin and runny. Now it is so thin it's laughable. The can has a sever dent n it.

This is by far the best primer that i have ever used for rusty metal.
It seemed like the paint was a little thin but it was over 90 degrees in my garage.
I used it on the floor boards of a car where the paint had worn off and had a little light rust.
