No peeling, cracking, bubbling, or discoloration. No fumes after the first burning. The smell is strong so definitely wear a mask to block the fumes.

Goes on easily with a brush, appears to be self-leveling. No brush marks.

Cons

Not a true jet black, has a brownish tint. My house stinks from it and my * is sore.
