It is very easy to apply and dries quickly.
I needed something to put on brand new, freshly painted beadboard that was chipping despite proper preparation.
And this product seems to have "glued" the edges to the point that it has pretty much stopped chipping.

Ive had many places that ive scraped and sanded to get the loose paint off and thats good enough
