Pros
The spray distributes easily and dries in under a half hour. The paint mixes up well with some shaking, it sprays on fairly evenly. It dries quickly and has a nice sheen.
The yellow is to seal the wood again, two is to make them more comfortable to handle, and three is to making them more visible. It matches the little grey fergie paint to a t.
It protects against corrosion and is made in the usa. The propulsion system in the rust-oleum v2143838 high performance v2100 system fits the bill. I use it to spray metal surfaces on the outside of the house to make sure they don't start rusting.

The rustoleum v2143838 high performance v2100 in safety yellow seems true to color there is no fluorescent quality at all and is simply safety yellow

The yellow seems a bit more subdued than other safety yellow paint its more of a yellow instead of a fluorescent yellow but i think thats probably better for painting anything for marking maybe not as good
