Pros

Zinsser is'mildew proof' works well in the moist south carolina coastal area to help reduce mold. It's worth the effort insofar as how well it goes on -- smooth.

Cons

The surfaces to be repainted were washed and dried prior to application. Upon drying it is clear a single coat is not going to give acceptable results. Can un-protected in box and dented beyond recognition. This is a dishonest advertising tactic.

A little pricey, but well pleased with the product.

And since i can read, i understood what size i was buying, and am perfectly happy with what i got.

The first can arrived dented and with the lid popped, so all the paint leaked out.

Loved the paint quality, but it came damaged.

Price

I also believe the price is more than it should actually be, but the results on a fresh can can't be beat.

I only applied it 2 months ago, but if it holds up i can say it was worth the price!
