The smell of this product is horrendous. To call this a primer is just misleading and incorrect. This product is only for use on sealed or previously coated surface. If you use it wear a face mask that filter organic fumes.

Easy to apply, and so far it has indeed allowed for good adherence of top coat over existing coat.
I felt like the primer was essential in assuring a perfect bond for the epoxy
The floor was dried for 3 days and then blown out and swept.
I pressure washed twice, used muriatic acid to etch bare spots, then mopped/scrubbed with a tsp solution after.
