Pros
Installation is definitely a 2 person job and ladder is required. The zippers feel sturdy and when not open are held in place by a velcro strap. It is waterproof but keeps the air flowing under the cover.
Cons
This item is not waterproof and barely even water resistant. It is now unusable and a totally wast of money.

The only issue i’ve had is the tiedown straps are pretty slippery so i had to tie them in a knot or they would pull loose in the wind.
