Pros
Inside the wrapper there is a leaflet from customer services offering assistance if items are the wrong size. Comfortable, effective, reasonably priced, very fast delivery.
I have since contacted specialists for my knee and am having physio with exercises which is helping. Certainly helping my knee ligament pain after a couple of days of using it, assisted by otc pain killers of course.
Cons
Took it off and sent it back for a refund. Really disappointed, given the good reviews. Would like a refund to remove review. It states the questions and answers are for a pack of 2, it's not.

Only gave it 4 stars because it reacted to the skin and brought my leg out in a rash and itching so had to take it off now trying to find something to put under it that wont increase the pressure
