It was ordered kn 11/24 and arrived 11/28. Instructions are non existent as is the support. Very cheaply made and not worth the price.

Bag material is a leaf magnet that is very difficult to clean. Suction is okay but the bag design is awful. Biggest issue is the tight 45 degree bend right before the impeller/mulcher.

Bag is too big so it drags on the ground. Heavy! Very tiring for this 63 man. Bag hangar does not work at all.

Battery release is inconveniently located. Bag closure is velcro. The * to bag securing clip is awkward and poorly designed.
