I'm very disgusted amazon just sends these out without checking to make sure they're in working order first. It is unless without the nuts.

I have a 10 inch sliding miter saw (ryobi) that i got for 100 bucks 14 years ago and it is a workhorse.
Competitiveness
My dewalt tools cost 3 times as much as any ryobi and the dewalts fail just like any other.
Or i could have picked up the dewalt (same specs, same warranty, lesser features) for 400.

You get zero job site cred with ryobi because pros look down on your inexpensive tool but my ryobi products have performed well for me
