Pros

This has a good assortment of bits. The bits fit the screw heads so well that they often come out of the magnetic holder and stay in the screw when you're finished. This variety pack covers just about any size drill, and bits for fastening.

Cons

Broke all the #2bits on 20 screws in one day. Not impressed. Junk bits strip out definitely not impact rated!
