Pros
The only gripe i have is that the safety catch/interlock, could be a little easier to operate. In hindsight, i wish it could be made even shorter.
It can cut up to 4m high and up to 6 inches in girth of tree trunk. Excellent for pruning high branches overhanging my garden. It would probably be a bit easier for someone a bit taller and stronger than me, and i'm pretty strong for my size.

Ah battery in terms of balance and obviously endurance. Battery life has given me 30mins nonstop! More than enough power and much quieter than a petrol one.

Getting somebody to trim things for us, and i’ll add it to a growing list of ryubi products that are very useful and good quality.
Bought a whole set of ryobi one+ tools following a shoulder injury as could no longer use petrol ones due to the weight.

I thought the weight would be fine for me a woman of 5’ 4” but sadly i’m finding it too heavy which means that sometimes it ‘kicks back’ and throws it off balance which sends me backwards

The weight problem isn’t helped by the fact that the strap which is meant to help with the weight is far too long for me and not able to be shortened enough without the shoulder pad being a

This in turn means that i can only just reach the two triggers that you have to press simultaneously to get it to work they are also quite far apart

I have checked on the ryobi shop on amazon to see if they can suggest how to either shorten the strap move the shoulder pad or supply a shorter one but there is no telephone number sadly
