Cons

This battery and charger are defective by design. When placed in the charging cradle the green light just flashes - i'm certain my charger is functional as my other battery charges just fine as always.

Between my loud voice and her rudeness the call had to be ended before i flipped out. I understand that batteries go bad, but when the company's employees are rude, it makes it 5x worse for the customer.

If this one dies in less than 1 year, i guess that i'll go back to gas powered edger and it will not be ryobi. Did not even come in ryobi packaging or have instructions. Tools and stuff is not an authorized re seller.

The battery died shortly outside the 30 day return window. Trying to get another battery or refund. Just read all the poor reviews and check the number of do-it-yourself efforts on youtube to repair.
