Pros

This charger is portable so you don't have to mount it like me. This is nice to be able to leave the battery, knowing the unit will maintain, and not overcharge your battery. As long as the batteries are good, this should work i think.

Cons

Ryobi waste. All of a sudden, while its parked next to my dewalt and black & decker chargers, it randomly stops. Its plain junk. Tool and battery investment is expensive and they are worthless without a functioning charger. Ryobi needs to quit sel... Read More

The charger doesn't go into charging mode. Instead, it goes into energy save mode. It won't charge. Get a universal battery charger instead.

The seller is not an authorized retailer of ryobi. Ryobi will not honor any warranty. The warranty period is two years, so now i have to get a new charger.

I bought this device to charge my 6 ah no-name lithium ion battery for my ryobi one trimmer and blower.

2) it does charge any of the ryobi batteries in a minimum of 30mins, and sometimes a little quicker for the 1.

Pros -1) this unit is slightly larger than it's predecessor, but as stated above i remounted this unit in the same general area.
