I played with a dewalt 12 impact wrench a few years ago it would not break a lug nut loose on a car had to break them with a breaker bar then could use the impact to spin them off then put them back on and tighten them by hand

Was expecting something similar with this but it acted like there was no resistance on my trucks lug nuts

It will remove lug nuts 100 ftlbs but wont remove a shock mount 150 ftlbs

This is an excellent unit for work and or around the house jobs wood or small jobs that dont require heavy torques 300ftp is not enough for lug nuts youll just ruin the unit duh

When i received the impact i put a battery in it and ran it a couple of times it smells like it is burning inside during use
