Pros
We use it all the time for clearing clogged 2 inch drain lines effortlessly. Easy to use and cleared a toilet blockage about 15 feet into the line.
Could not be happier with purchase. Worth every penny. Its worth $100 to have handy at the house.
Boiling hot water. Not super easy to use but straightforward to figure out. Cordless even better.
Very smooth speed control, easy to engage and disengage the auto-feed, lightweight. Strong motor but not unmanageable. High quality anti-* line adds even more value.
Cons
The snake did more than *, it bent in the drum an now the tool is useless. I'm disappointed in the fact that a refurb was so quickly junked a waste of money for my company. Not to mention, it’s a greasy mess to work with.

I've used several different models of drain auger, and by far this is the easiest to use.
Also, drano wouldn't work because the clog was too far beyond the trap for even a full gallon to do the job.
It's lighter to hold, compared to the power-vee.
