Pros

The battery lasts a long time and doesn’t need to be replaced very often. No smoke. There is a delay when the start button is pressed but this is similar to lot of battery operated machinery.

The saw eventually churns through the wood.

Light enough for my wife to comfortably use for trimming around the yard. New in original box. Well packaged for shipping.

Cons

Worked well the first three times. Not a cardboard box. This also dis-spite having registered the new tool directly with ryobi via their website.

It also did not come with the lubricant that is required to operate it, so expect a trip to the store to get some before using it.

They smell awful and you’re inhaling the fumes.

It’s to fix, but odd that it wasn’t out on correctly out of the box.
