Pros

The tool is well made from high quality materials. The plastics used are high end glass reinforced stuff. Great bit of kit.

T-shank fitting makes it quick and easy to fit blades and there's plenty of choice in blade type and manufacturer. No allen key to change blade is why i give this product 5 stars, its simple and quick to change a blade and its motor seems fine.

Best of all the batteries. Only drawback is all ryobi batteries are very expensive,take ages to charge and die very quickly. Above is the ryobi, below is the *.

Cons

The vibration is terrible. Product arrives but cant be used. Totally mis-sold item.

This is my 4th ryobi product, good quality does the job perfectly

The actual tool is well made from high quality materials.

Those jigsaw blades bend and deform like a blade of grass in thick boards.

Add to this the tendancy of jigsaw blades to wander left or right and accuracy overall is poor.

Price

Love these ryobi tools, if somewhat expensive.

Expensive but i suppose you get what you pay for.

Overall this is a great tool for the money if you have already bought into the ryobi one+ battery system.
