Pros

Both mowers have a single-lever height adjustment and a handle that folds so you can stow the mower vertically. It is light weight and i can pick it up if i want to.

The ryobi mower has a nice 20 inch cut. My city neighborhood is all 5,000 sq. It's very, very hot here in tx. Ryobi gives people a free mulching blade for leaving a review on their website.

Ryobi has a new version of this mower out, it comes with a 6 ah hp battery. Lithium likes a full charge. This is the first battery powered tool/equipment i have ever purchased.

The black&decker bogs down in heavier grass. The little headlights allow mowing when nearly dark - nice feature.

Cons

The battery life is incredibly short and the charge time is long. The charger blinks failed battery and the battery itself flashes the leds indicating failure. All three of them are now defective.

The side * disengage multiple times while cutting my little yard. The wheels squeak when pushing and no you can’t grease them.
