Well, so far i am very pleased with the unit, it works as advertised and all the items that come with a new one came with this one.
It came with the wheels, top handle and nozzle sprayer dissembled in a brown box.
I bought one at a local store and am thrilled with it.
Price
I figured the name ryobi, along with the rebuilt price was probably going to be okay.
Packaging/appearance
No fancy packaging on the refurbished version.
You'll end up throwing away the box anyway.

I love that when you release the trigger on the washer wand the motor shuts off instantly and you arent having to listen to a motor running like you do a gas model
