Pros

Boulardii probiotic is 5-10 grams of l-glutamine powder in water first thing in the morning. It is highly recommended to combat the bad bacteria and renew the good.

Product inside seal was broken open. The gas can't be released one bit. I hope this isn't the case with the nest.
