This amp is way better than my scarlett focusrite 2i4 interface. Having a volume knob at an arms reach is super important for me too. My nephew has the dt990 pro 250ohm cans and with this amp it sounds better than with the schitt magni+ heretic amp.

Its features and build quality make me overlook the slight attenuation in bass enough to give it 5 stars.
The build quality of the sh-6 is excellent, although the volume knob needs a dot of paint on it to make its position visible.
I'm using the hifiman he 4xx headphones.

Im not audio professional but there doesnt seem to be any extra distortion and makes my 250 ohm headphones very loud and i only ever have it at most at 50 volume

I would not use with lower power headphones or iems unless they can handle it

Sadly the device turns off for some reason for 2 seconds when i have it in high gain and high volume for example listening to levels from avicii it turns the volume off after the 3th second it only happens with that song and of course if i put the volume lower it doesnt happen
