I corrected the problem by hooking it to the internal bag by going through the outer grommets but then it kinda looks weird and the strap doesnt really lay flat when the bag is put down

Ive tried zipping up the purse before lifting but it just causes the zipper end to hang up and outside of the bag and places all the weight on the stitching of the zipper its not a good look and would cause wear and tear on the stitching because its the actual zipper on the internal bag that is rubbing up against it

I took the longest strap off which is the one i intended to use because i wanted a crossbody bag but it was the only strap that was removable

But then i was told that the plot i purchased was out of stock and if i would prefer a refund i of course agreed and used the refund to buy the black one since the brown one was out of stock
