The service i recieved when i tried to return this poor quality bag is terrible. All they keep saying is i have a 1 year warranty. Wont purchase again.

The condition of the tote itself is beyond abysmal. As someone who owns a full grain living room set, i know what uneven markings from the hide or even fingernails, etc.

Sturdy, soft leather kept everything secure and protected, and was not too heavy for me to carry around fully packed.

It came in a nice white cloth bag so you can keep it from getting scuffed up while storing.

Such a wonderful surprise when this beautiful & unlimited compacity purse arrived.
