Pros

This is a solid alternative option i have no hesitation in recommending. If you are pick about your camera bag, and don't like to spend a lot of money, this is a great solution that let's you customize any bag into the camera bag you need!

Padding matches my tamrac and lowe alpine bags and velcro is solid. The flap is removable; it has its purpose but might also get in the way. The top closes with velcro.

The detachable over-flap cal also serves to wrap-up and pad the telephoto if it can't fit with other equipment. It leaves room in the backpack for a laptop, jacket and other items. Used it to carry 3 40v cordless tool batteries.

Cons

The material is inconsistent and poorly seamed. The padding and everything is more flimsy than when first received. This bag continually sheds fibers.

Product seems very cheaply made. Doesn't have much space inside and is definitely not waterproof. The top is completely removable, which means that when you place the cover over the top of the bag, there are gaps on each side.

I love this insert because it fits in my bag/purse and allows me to inconspicuously carry a sony a7riii body, sigma 24-70mm 2.

Not the thickest padding, so i had to use the dividers as padding on the bottom of the case to give it more cushion.

Product was thick enough to make me feel like my gear is being protected.
