Updated their customer service is impressive to say the least they replied nearly instantly to my concerns and offered to replace the zipper pull as well as refund me a partial amount for the inconvenience

The only thing i thought was questionable is the interior color fabric on the blue bag— it’s brown which is okay but i would have preferred navy blue

I really appreciate this vendor’s attention to their clients and willingness to try to turn things around when it seemed the product was faulty

I love this purse but after only two weeks the lining material at the bottom inside split and the inner pocket was then useless
